Q: Are you licensed?

A: While licensing is not currently in place, the majority of administrative tasks can be performed, with the exception of trades.

Q: What Services do you provide?

A: Support to your business is provided through services such as the completion of tasks associated with client on-boarding, account oversight, client transactions, form management, and portfolio queries.

Q: How is support provided?
|
A: Access to IA Private Wealth systems are already in place. The transition team will help to connect your Advisor codes and with aid of your CRM system, tasks will be assigned by you, so that all requests are in writing.

Q: What are the costs?
|
A: $40/per hour plus GST, with services being invoiced every two weeks. Due to the work effort involved in getting you on-boarded and to guarantee service availability, a minimum of 10 hours is charged per invoice, in order to engage Mi Administrative Services.

Q: What about client privacy?
|
A: Client privacy is very important and as a result a signed non-disclosure agreement is put in place for every Advisor who works with Mi Administrative Services.

Q: What are your business hours?
|
A: The business is run Monday to Friday. Work received by 4:00p.m. is done the same day with tasks assigned after that, being completed the following day. In the event of an exceptional circumstance requiring support, there is a willingness to accommodate should it be necessary.

Q: Do you speak to clients?
|
A: Mi Administrative Services is mid office support and to you as the primary client. As a result Advisor's clients are not spoken to.
